I use Paypal for payments, but I can also use interrac transfers for Canadian customers if preferred. I send my invoices in $ CAD currency.

Please be clear with your description if you want something specific, I will charge extra if I need to completely re-do the sketch.

When receiving the final drawing, if you request a change that could have been fixed at the sketch phase, I will either charge extra or refuse to fix it, so please take your time to review the sketch!

If you request changes to your character's markings because they weren't clear on your reference images, I will charge extra. Either send a clear reference or be okay with it not 100% matching if you don't have a clear reference.

A clear reference should be digital, have at least 2 fullbody view, and be in FLAT colors (no shading). I will accept other types of reference and even descriptions, but as per the rule above, I might not be able to follow it perfectly.

I have the rights to publish your commission in any of my art galleries, unless you pay a private fee (see price list). I do not post every single commission, but all of them are on my SubscribeStar.

You have the rights to post to your own gallery with credits to me for the art, you may also print it for personal purpose (hanging on the walls). You may NOT sell my art in any form.

You may request a cancellation if I have not started, you will be 100% refunded. You may request a cancellation after seeing the sketch, you will be refunded 50%. You will not be refunded if I have started working on the final version at all.

I require that all my clients be 18 years old and older, do NOT commission me if you are a minor.

To get a commission slot, you have to fill my form and get picked. I open on the 26th of every month (my telegram channel is the best place to get notified). When I open, I post a form that you have to fill and I leave around 24h for you to do so, please make sure you give yourself enough time to fill ALL your information, if anything important is missing I will not consider your form.

I ask for the following: email address so I can contact you, the type of shading / commission you want (see price page), the number of characters in the commission, your references (as LINKS! Please have links ready (ex: imgur, FA), what type of background you want, the description for your commission, a paypal address, your twitter and FA names (only if you wish to be tagged).

I choose which ideas I work with, it is not first come first serve. I only contact people who have been chosen, I usually mention the time I will get back to people by when I close my commissions so you don't have to wait forever without knowing.

The easiest way to claim a slot is to subscribe to my SubscribeStar ($5+), which allows you to reserve a slot for the next opening so you don't have to rush when I open, and you will be first in my queue. (limit of 10 per opening) If you are a subscriber, you can contact me at any time to be added to the next queue, no need to wait for announcements. Please be aware that my SubscribeStar is NSFW!

I usually take around 20 slots per month depending on how many workdays are in the month, this includes the 10 SubscribeStar slots.

After I received all my forms, I will go through them and send invoices to the ones I choose to work with. I don't give price breakdowns for invoices so if you want yours explained to you please don't be shy to ask me for it, I will explain your cost in details. The process can take some time so expect a response somewhere between 24 hours after sending your form (not counting weekend). I can't contact everyone that has not been picked but I post on twitter or in my telegram channel when I'm full. I also send an email to notify for the invoice, please make sure to send the full payment within 12 hours, if there is anything preventing that simply let me know and I can push you back in the queue. I don't keep forms if you weren't accepted, if you want to try again next time please save your info somewhere.

If you think of anything to add or edit with your commission, just let me know via email as long as it's before your scheduled day for the sketch, I can update your info on my Trello board.

I do post all the commission related info publicly on my trello board, if you're getting something as a secret gift for someone or for any reason you don't want me to add the info to the Trello please let me know in the form.

I will send you a WIP sketch, you can ask for changes. PLEASE think about the changes you want and include them all in one single reply. I work very fast and as soon as I get your feedback I work on finishing the piece, if you come back with something you noticed later it might be too late. Feel free to take your time before replying.

If the changes were pretty significant, I will send a second WIP. I will charge extra if you request a third WIP and more edits.

I send you the final piece. At this step, you may only request minor changes (see TOS above)

I will upload it to my SubscribeStar only first, and publicly a week after.

I have a space for social media tags in the form, if you have it filled out I will tag you when I post.

I do not share EVERY piece to my social medias, you are always free to post them to your own pages as long as you tag me properly:

My work hours are Monday to Friday between 10 am and 5 pm EST, I usually only respond to emails within those times.

Wait time for commission atm is anywhere between a few days up to a month. I always send it right away when I do have an update, and I work fast, so there's no need for you to ask for updates. My trello is always accessible if you are wondering where you're at on the queue, if something goes wrong and I have to push work to over a month of waiting, I will contact you.

(NEW) You can get art with one of my personal characters as long as your character is female (gender-bending is okay!) I charge +60% of the extra character fee for this. You have to respect my characters' interests if the art is NSFW, I have listed them on FA under their ref: (Skylar or Hunter)

I can create a character from scratch if you want a 2 characters commission but don't have any other to choose from. The price is the same as a 2 characters commission, but you can also keep the character after if you wish. These will usually stay simple and I prefer art lib for the character design, but you can give a general idea for specie + color. If you want something more specific, please get a separate character design commission first, I offer them (see bottom of price list).

I can create a YCH for you if you want to get art with other characters and aren't picky about them! Feel free to apply with an idea and if I like it I'll be happy to do it. You will only pay for the base price of your own character and I'll put up a sketch for auction with your idea (and your character in it) for others to bid on additional slots. I generally prefer to do either cel or detailed shading for this.

Simple background (can be one closeup / defined element while the rest is blurry, or a very simple pattern like grass or bedsheet from high view. (EXAMPLE)

Detailed background (every background element is clear, this has been my standard for backgrounds before, price can vary more depending on the scene. (EXAMPLE)

speech/text bubbles can be added at no extra cost, but please tell me exactly what to write!

if you wish that i keep the commission private, I charge 30% of the total price as extra. This means it will never be posted anywhere by me, not even on SubscribeStar.

extra costs may be included to my discretion for additional work on things like shiny-details, alternate versions, view bubbles, complex characters, etc. I don't give price breakdowns so if you want an invoice explained to you feel free to ask!

I will invoice you in CAD, I try to write both CAD & USD on my price sheets for easier understanding but please note that the conversion rate is probably not 100% up to date and paypal has different rates & fees depending on time.
